I guide Yoga students, teachers and long term practitioners to go deeper into their own practice the Vedic way, to live and understand the difficulties that come up along the way, and actually go through them.
My own 28yrs of practice inform my teaching and knowledge.
My life long study of Yoga in body alignment and bringing the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies into balance, makes my classes intelligent, well researched and give you a deep sense of well being and understanding.
