Emotions affects physiology, mind states and sense of self; power and weakness. Understanding these as motivational currents of energy; e-motion, as well as their qualities, we use personally tailored yogic and Ayurvedic tools to affect our physiology.
Fear, Basic Needs and Trust. Understanding our unique nature, personality, shadows and needs we learn to create safety and wellbeing with specific tools that centre us in trust and create a sense of wellbeing and safety.
Guilt, Sensation and Joy. Guilt; not feeling good enough, are major contributors to burnout, exhaustion and psychologically going in circles. Moving into playfulness, sensuality and rest helps us relax so we switch into parasympathetic activation; rest/digest and feel/heal.
Shame, Willpower and Confidence. Shifting into autonomy and our sense of power by creating physical, phsyiological, mental and psychological power, we move out of limiting patterns by consciously creating healthy new ones.
Disconnection, Grief and Connection. Self-acceptance, flaws and all, is the first step to creating a healthy relationship to self, improving relationships with others, emotional resilience, social connection and mental proximity.
Suppression, Expression and Creativity. Expression and creativity require a sense of trust, pleasure, autonomy and self-acceptance before we find our voice and sharing what we feel, see and find important or meaningful.
Indifference, Insight and Intuition. Mental clarity and emotional resilience gives us the dynamic calm needed to plan, organise, move forward and inspire ourselves and others.
Uncovering limiting patterns we make conscious changes with specific practices, and affect the energy flow in a desired and beneficial way.
Each week focuses different emotions and associated energy, hormones and practices of Yoga movement, meditation, breathing and affirmations. Emotional literacy as physiological currents gives self-agency in rebalancing your energy and mind states.
Through gentle work that challenges both mind and body, building up deeper states of awareness and connection to maintain integrity as we move into deeper states of healing and growth.
Awakening our ability to concsiously connect with our bodymind we begin to direct physiology. Success in self-agency we can begin to work towards our goals.
